In this episode of the Prevention Perspective, Caro is joined by Madeline Titelbaum, Youth Programs Coordinator at the Idaho Federation of Families. The Idaho Federation of Families educates policy makers, professional organizations, legislators, educators, and the public about the needs of children with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges and their families. Madeline and Caro discuss the importance of having youth-centered after school spaces , and how these safe and affirming environments can be vehicles of violence prevention.
